In addition to preparing on how I present myself at conversations for job promotions and interview mock which was insightful, I greatly benefitted on being coached on addressing limiting beliefs. This lead to me gaining a mindset I was extremely deserving of the promotion (which I eventually got) and had confidence to behave I was already operating at a higher level.
