I worked with Miriam when preparing for internal interviews at senior leadership level. Miriam provided constructive feedback and advice on tailoring my CV based on the role being applied for. She also shared insights on the length and content of my CV, especially about conveying your career story to a potential line manager focusing on achievements and not role remit. Miriam clearly understood the different requirements when applying for Vice President compared to Director role, so had spent time understand the companies requirements when recruiting internally. She explained clearly what the competency based questions were, how to answer them and the important items that had to be mentioned at the interview.
Miriam was very good at playing the part of a line manager at the mock interview, and provided constructive feedback on how I answered the questions under a STAR format and if the length of the answer was right. Having Miriam to guide me through the above gave me the confidence at the interviews.
