I was incredibly impressed with both Miriam and the workshop. One of the biggest takeaways for me was how Miriam helped me to identify my strengths, values, and goals, and then develop an action plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I also had an individual session before the second interview that helped me know how to focus my experience and prepare myself for the position I finally got.<\/p>\n

I met Miriam in a Meetup group and we begun to talk and became friends. From the start, I loved the blend of her structured mindset, strength and gentleness. She inspired confidence whenever she talked and even more so when she was bringing her understanding and point of view about her field.
\nI quickly learned that she was a coach like me but more oriented toward career, business with leaders in mind. I got quickly interested by her approach and her point of view. The theme was about “reshaping your work life” and while it was also about preparing to go for a new job, she assured me that the workshop would also be useful to prepare my endeavour as a freelancer. So when she told me about the workshop that she was going to do, I clearly wanted to join.<\/p>\n

During the workshop, she laid things out clearly and in a structure that was both simple and revealing for me. Even though I’m a coach, there were things that were quite foggy and I needed to clarify the steps I needed to make to grow in what I wanted to achieve.<\/strong> I liked how one exercice led to another and how it all made sense to do it in that order. There were no floating time.<\/p>\n

During the workshop, we did very hands-on exercices which made me have great insights about what I was doing, what I wanted to do and for whom. I also liked the group’s diversity and its energy and Miriam held space nicely for all of us to feel at ease and opened enough to be authentic and honest about what was needed for us to tackle the challenges that we faced<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So yes I really loved this workshop and cannot wait to do her next ones as she helps me feel more confident, clarify my planning so than I’m able to take action with a focused mindset. I definitely recommend her workshops!<\/p>\n
